Welcome to Bar Souk – a hidden gem in the heart of Torshov!
Bar Souk is Cosmopolite’s brand-new cocktail bar, created with passion and dedication by bar manager Christopher Matre and his team. Inspired by the cultural heritage of founder Miloud Guiderk, the bar’s name reflects both a marketplace and a social gathering space. Here, guests, staff, and musicians come together to enjoy great conversations and specially crafted drinks before and after concerts.
To create a complete concert experience, the drink menu is inspired by the evening’s artist and concert theme. This could include sake tasting, Portuguese wine, or pisco-based cocktails, depending on the artist’s origin. The bar also offers creative cocktails, such as a possible Bloody Mary Martini and something exciting with yuzu, as well as delicious non-alcoholic options.
Opening hours: The bar opens one hour before the doors to the event and closes at 00:30. Please note that changes may occur.
