We process information about our employees in order to manage wages, taxes and other obligations as an employer.
We process information about our board of directors in order to run the organization and meet its obligations.
We process information about the audience in order to inform about changes and cancellations at concerts. We use ticket history and behavior patterns from ticket sales through Ticketmaster to provide recommendations and advertising tailored to each audience.
We process information about artists in order to be able to perform concerts / events and to fulfill our obligations by agreement / contract more artist / management.
We process information about tenants in order to manage the event / concert by appointment / contract with the tenant.

Audience personal information is obtained from ticket sales (Ticketmaster) and registration form on our website. We store the personal information you have provided in connection with your ticket purchase or through the registration form on our website.
Personal information about artists is obtained from agreement / contract with artist / management
Tenant personal information is obtained from the tenant's contract and contact form. The contact form collects the name and email of the person who wants to be in contact. The information is stored so that the contact person can be contacted back. The information is not stored on this website, but sent by email to Cosmopolite's contact address. This information is held internally by Cosmopolite Scene and will not be shared with anyone else. To access or delete the information, contact Cosmopolite Scene directly.

Employee information is stored for 3 years after the employment relationship ceases. Information that we are obliged to preserve under the Accounting Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Information about the board is stored for 3 years after resignation from the board. Information that we are obliged to preserve under the Accounting Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Information about the audience we have received in connection with the purchase of a ticket or registration form on the website is stored in our active public register until you wish to delete it yourself.
