CosmopoLITEN: Du og jeg og vi 2–3–4

Can you clap on beats 2 and 4? The Spellemann Award-nominated trio Du og jeg og vi 2–3–4 invite the whole family to a concert filled with music, play, offbeat humour and unexpected challenges.

Here, children enter an imaginative world populated by everything from lonely rain clouds to double basses dangling from fishing hooks. The music moves between country, boogie and waltz, while the trio sing, play and teach children and adults alike how to find the rhythm.

Since forming, Du og jeg og vi 2–3–4 have performed hundreds of concerts across Norway. Their album Balkongfest received excellent reviews and was nominated for a Spellemann Award, and in 2025 the band marked its tenth anniversary with new music.

The project brings together three experienced musicians whose backgrounds include Hedvig Mollestad Trio, Falkevik, NRK’s Beat for Beat band, Erlend Ropstad, Adam Douglas and Frøkedal & Familien.

The performance is suitable for the whole family, particularly children aged 3 to 10.

Elisabeth Mørland Nesset – vocals, drum kit, washboard, glockenspiel and mandolin
