The powerful and experimental band was founded by drummer Christian Vander in France 1969 and has had a superior meaning among the fans of progressive and experimental music since then.
Magma’s solid line-up consist of 8 musicians, with Christian Vander as the obvious leader of Magma. The relatively new assembled band surprised everyone with the release of Köhntarkosz Anteria in 2004, which proved that the creative nerve still was as strong as ever, several years after Vander and co recorded their most known records.
Now, in 2009, Magma still consist an energy and power on stage that is more precious than any other band. Old classics are played with an energy and insight that still impress.
With the concert in Oslo, Norway the 28th of September 2007 fresh in memory, Magma finally come back to Scandinavia, and everything is set for an unforgettable performance.
